سيتم استقبال العروض اعتبارا من تاريخ الإعلان عن المناقصة ولغاية يوم الجمعة المصادف ل2 تموز 2021 خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي من الثامنة صباحا وحتى الساعة الرابعة مساءا بتوقيت قامشلو في مكتب المنظمة الواقع في دير الزور – جزرة البوحميد – مقابل صيدلية محمد.

The bids will be received starting from the date of the tender announcement until Friday 2/7/2021, during the official working hours from 8:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Qamishli time-at the organization office in Deir ez-Zor-jazrt Albuhamid.in front of mohammed pharmacy.

تاريخ فض العروض: يوم السبت المصادف 3 تموز 2021 الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحا

يجب على جميع الموردين أو ممثلين عن الموردين التواجد في مكتب المنظمة أو التواجد عبر الانترنت يوم فض العروض الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحا

ترفض العروض المقدمة في حال عدم تواجد المورد في مكتب المنظمة او على النت في يوم فض العروض

Date of opening tender offers: Saturday, July 3, 2021  at half past ten in the morning                         

All suppliers or representatives of suppliers must be present in the organization's office or be present via the internet on the day of opening bids at half past ten in the morning                        

If the supplier is not present in the organization's office or via the internet on opening bid offers day, the submitted bids will be rejected                                                                                                                                             

يجب على الموردين تقديم عينة من المواد ( ترفض العروض المقدمة من دون عينات)

يجب ان تكون فترة تسليم المواد لا تتجاوز خمسة عشر يوما (15 يوم) من تاريخ توقيع العقد ( ترفض العروض لفترة توريد اكثر من 15 يوم)

Note: All the items mentioned above should be applied for (the items are considered as one package)

 

معايير التقييم:

• الناحية الفنية : يتم تقييم العروض من الناحية التقنية عن طريق فحص العينات المقدمة من قبل الموردين ويتم التقييم ع اساس مقبول أو مرفوض ( العروض المرفوضة من الناحية التقنية يتم استبعادها ولا يتم فتح العرض المالي)
• فترة التسليم: يجب على جميع الموردين توريد المواد خلال فترة أقصاها 15 يوم (خمسة عشر يوم    ) من تاريخ توقيع العقد ( ترفض العروض المقدمة لفترة توريد أكثر من 15 يوما )
• السعر: ستقوم منظمتنا بمقارنة أسعار مقدمي العروض الذين قدمواعروض تفي أو تتجاوز معايير القبول للعوامل الفنية وفترة التسليم المناسبة واختيار مقدم العرض الذي قدم ادنى سعر معقول وواقعي.

 

 

Evaluation Criteria                                                                                                                                     :

Technical aspect: offers are evaluated technically by examining samples submitted by suppliers, and the evaluation is done on an acceptable or rejected basis (technically rejected offers are excluded and the financial offer is not opened).

- Delivery period: All suppliers must supply the materials within a maximum period of 15 days (fifteen days) from the date of signing the contract (offers submitted for a supply period of more than 15 days are rejected).

- Price: Our organization will compare the prices of the bidders who submitted bids that meet or exceed the acceptance criteria for technical factors and appropriate delivery period and select the bidder who offered the lowest reasonable and realistic price.

 

 

شروط تسليم العروض:                                                                            Terms of delivery of offers:

يجب على الموردين تقديم عينة للمواد (ترفض العروض المقدمة من دون عينات ) 

Suppliers must provide a sample of the materials (offers without samples will be rejected)                                 

يجب ان تكون فترة تسليم المواد لاتتجاوز خمسة عشر يوما(15 يوم) من تاريخ توقيع العقد( تترفض العروض المقدمة لفترة توريد اكثر من 15 يوم )

• يجب ان يكون العرض المالي موجودا ضمن ظرف مختوم عليه اسم المورد مع رقم الهاتف.
• ويجب ذكر كامل المواصفات مع الكمية والسعر بالدولار الأمريكي (ترفض العروض المقدمة بعملة غير الدولار الامريكي) (مرفق العرض المالي).
• The financial offer must be within a sealed envelope with the supplier's name and the phone number.
• the full specifications must be stated with quantity and price in US dollars (offers in non-US dollars are rejected) (financial offer is in the annex)
• لا يسلم الظرف الا في مكتب منظمة شار في دير الزور وفق العنوان المذكورة أعلاه حصريا ويوضع في الصندوق المخصص لاستقبال العروض.
• The envelope shall be delivered only in Shar organization office in Deir ez-Zor according to the above-mentioned address and be placed in the fund for receiving offers.

شروط على الجهة المقدمة للعرض:                                                                   Terms on the applicant:

• ارسال ملف الجهة المقدمة ضمن ظرف مختوم (السيرة الذاتية للشركة).
• Send the file of the applicant within a sealed envelope (company's CV)
• يجب أن تكون الجهة المقدمة مرخصة من قبل الإدارة الذاتية.
